Your card, your invoices, your seats and cancellation live in the billing portal run by Creem, our merchant of record. Tell us the email you bought with and we will send you a sign-in link.

Manage your card, download invoices, change seats or cancel: enter the email you bought with and we’ll send you a sign-in link to the billing portal.
The portal is a page on creem.io, signed in by the link alone. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling keeps the service to the end of the period you have paid for, and refunds follow our refund policy. Anything the portal can’t answer is email territory: support@sideclick.io.
