SideClick is one system, not a bundle of modules: the calendar books against the same record the note is written on, the invoice raises from the session it bills, and outcome measures land next to the notes that explain them. Every feature below reads and writes that single practice record, encrypted on the practice's own computer.
Two rules hold across the whole list. On-device AI assistance is opt-in and never edition-gated, and there are no per-feature add-ons — editions differ on how far the record reaches (one machine, many devices, patients at home), never on which features you deserve. The pricing page shows that ladder honestly.

About the feature set
Are features sold separately or as add-ons?
No. Every edition ships its capabilities complete — editions differ on reach (one machine, multi-device sync, remote patients, managed hosting), not on which features are unlocked. On-device AI is included everywhere.
Does SideClick include telehealth or e-prescribing?
No. SideClick deliberately has no telehealth video, no ePrescribe and no claims clearinghouse. We would rather state that plainly than let a comparison table imply otherwise.
What does SideClick run on?
A notarized macOS app leads; Windows ships as an unsigned preview build. Clinicians' phones and tablets run the PWA (iPhone, iPad, Android), and patients use the portal from any browser.
