One record, every clinician current

SideClick's Practice editions run multi-clinician teams on one shared record: every enrolled device converges through encrypted sync, roles keep duties separated, and the audit trail covers the whole practice.

Seats that match how clinics actually staff

A seat is a named practitioner with three enrolled devices. The people who keep a clinic running — practice manager, front desk, a bookkeeper with auditor access — never consume one. That pricing shape is deliberate: growing your admin capability should not cost clinical seats.

Roles separate duties the way a clinic already thinks about them: clinicians document, the front desk runs the diary and billing, auditors read without writing, and the audit trail records everyone alike.

How a group day actually runs

Three clinicians, six rooms, one front desk. Reception reschedules the morning while clinicians sign notes between sessions; everyone's changes travel through encrypted sync and converge on every machine without anyone taking turns. When two people touch the same record at once, the edits merge; the rare true conflict is shown to a human instead of silently losing one side.

What matters most for groups

The capabilities multi-clinician practices lean on hardest:

  • Sync that converges across every enrolled device
  • Free admin and front-desk accounts working the same shared record
  • Practice analytics across the whole team's caseload
  • A tamper-evident audit trail answering "who saw this record and when"

Accountability without surveillance theatre

Group practices carry a governance duty solos don't: several people can open any chart, so access has to be answerable. SideClick's answer is the audit trail — every read and write logged, tamper-evident, queryable — rather than manager dashboards that grade clinicians. The record protects patients and practitioners alike: when a question is raised, the history is simply there.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How many people can work in SideClick at once?

Every enrolled device works simultaneously — sync merges changes rather than locking records. Practically, the team size is set by your seat count, not by concurrency limits.

Do reception and practice managers need paid seats?

No. Admin, front-desk and auditor accounts are free; seats are consumed only by named practitioners.

What happens when two clinicians edit the same record simultaneously?

The changes merge deterministically on both machines. A genuine conflict on the same field is surfaced for a clinician to resolve — nothing is silently overwritten.

Can we see practice-wide reporting?

Yes — the practice overview covers bookings, caseload distribution, unsigned notes and receivables across the team, computed locally from the shared record. There are deliberately no clinician league tables: the numbers describe the practice's shape, not a per-practitioner scoreboard.

How does a growing clinic add its next clinician?

Add a seat, enroll their devices, done — the shared record and its history are already there. Seats scale within an edition, so growth is an administrative step rather than a plan change.
