Installed from the store, local-first underneath

Install it the way you install anything on a phone: from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, from Google Play on Android. The store signs it and keeps it current — and everything underneath stays local-first, with your practice's data end-to-end encrypted and never readable by us or by the store.

The app itself is a free, sign-in-only companion. Nothing is ever bought inside it: your practice registers and licenses on this site, then clinicians sign in on the phone.

Built for the away-from-desk half of the job

The mobile surface concentrates on what you need when you are not at the desk:

How it works in practice

A home-visit morning: the day sheet loads before you leave WiFi, the first patient's chart is one tap deep, and the note you write at their kitchen table saves locally with no signal. Photos of the home setup attach to the record on the spot. Back in coverage, the queue syncs and the clinic desktop shows the morning's work merged in. A phone is a first-class device

The phone enrolls like any other device, counts against the seat's three, and is individually revocable if it goes missing — with its local data encrypted at rest regardless. There is no reduced-trust mobile mode; it is simply another enrolled machine that happens to fit in a pocket.

Editions

The mobile app rides sync, so it arrives with the Practice edition. Patient-facing mobile access is a different feature — that's the patient portal, on the Portal edition. The pricing page shows both rungs.
