The website sets no cookies; the short notice explains the two off-site exceptions.

SideClick Cookie Notice

The SideClick website (sideclick.io) itself sets no cookies. It is a static site with no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no login.

Because of this, the site shows no cookie banner, and no page on this site loads anything from a payment processor or any other third party.

Two things involve a party other than us, each on its own site:

Checkout and billing are operated by Creem, our merchant of record, on Creem's own pages. Pressing Subscribe on our pricing page sends your choice (edition, billing period, seat count) to our licensing service, which takes you to Creem's checkout page at creem.io; the billing portal is likewise a page on creem.io that we email you a link to. On those pages Creem sets the cookies it needs for payment, fraud prevention and your billing session — strictly-necessary cookies, under Creem's privacy notice. Nothing from Creem runs on sideclick.io itself.
The patient portal and clinician web app (separate applications, used only by practices and their patients) store the cryptographic keys and session state they need to function in your browser's own storage, on your device only. They set no tracking cookies either; see the patient portal privacy notice.

If we ever add cookies or similar technologies to the website, we will update this notice first and add a consent banner where the law requires one.
