The website sets no cookies; the short notice explains the two off-site exceptions.

SideClick Cookie Notice

The SideClick website (sideclick.io) itself sets no cookies. It is a static site with no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no login.

Because of this, the site shows no cookie banner — the only cookies involved anywhere are Paddle's strictly-necessary payment cookies, which require no consent banner.

Two things involve a party other than us:

Checkout and billing are operated by Paddle, our merchant of record. The pages showing the pricing cards (the home page and /pricing/) load Paddle's checkout library and ask Paddle for current prices; pressing Subscribe opens Paddle's checkout as an overlay on that page (the billing portal remains a Paddle-hosted page). Paddle sets the cookies it needs for payment, fraud prevention, and your billing session — strictly-necessary cookies, under Paddle's privacy policy. No other page on this site loads anything from Paddle.
The patient portal and clinician web app (separate applications, used only by practices and their patients) store the cryptographic keys and session state they need to function in your browser's own storage, on your device only. They set no tracking cookies either; see the patient portal privacy notice.

If we ever add cookies or similar technologies to the website, we will update this notice first and add a consent banner where the law requires one.
