What each edition includes, how that changes, and the promise not to reduce a paid edition during its term.

SideClick Plans and features

This page describes what each SideClick edition includes. It forms part of the End User Licence Agreement (§4), which licenses the edition and Seats your subscription holds, and of the Terms of Service.

How this page changes

Each version is dated and listed under "Versions" at the end of this page.
The version in force when a paid subscription period starts or renews governs that period.
We may add features at any time.
We will not materially reduce the overall functionality of a paid edition during a paid subscription period. The exceptions are a change required by law, a change needed to keep the Software or your data secure, and the withdrawal of a third party's service the feature relies on. A feature marked as a preview or beta is not covered.
If such a reduction affects your edition, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, where the law or the security need allows that much notice. You may then cancel and receive a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid.
The binding product commitments are not on this page. The data-access guarantees (EULA §7), the commitments for the mobile companion (EULA §4) and the protections of the Terms of Service stay in those documents, and this page never reduces them.

Editions

Editions are capability sets, not headcounts: Seats multiply within an edition. The identifier in brackets is the value your Seat carries.

Edition Includes

SideClick Solo (solo) The full clinical feature set: notes, scheduling, billing (including printable superbills and receipts), outcome measures, on-device AI (in the computer app; the clinician web app and the phone apps run no AI), local encrypted backup, full audit and compliance tooling — and the zero-knowledge sync server: every entry sealed on the device and kept on the server as the sealed copy of EULA §7.4, multi-device sync between the Seat's Devices with conflict resolution, the clinician web app and the native iPhone companion, field capture from the phone (photos and voice memos as clinical attachments); invoices, superbills and progress reports printed with the practice's own logo and details and a "Powered by SideClick" line at the foot of each page. 1 clinician Seat — one practitioner, with that Seat's five Devices — plus a free Seat for a front desk or bookkeeper.

SideClick Practice (portal) Everything in Solo, for several people: a Seat for every member of the practice or clinic — a clinician Seat for each owner, associate and assistant, and a free Seat for a front desk or bookkeeper, one for each clinician Seat — the roles of EULA §3, invitations (with an end date for the membership where one is wanted), cover by a colleague in the practice, a change of treating clinician, a copy sent to a clinician of another profession on the patient's consent, handover to another practice, co-signature, the assistant role, the "members keep their own copy" setting, and the remote patient portal: invites, self-booking, secure messages, outcome-measure forms, document delivery, published calendar feeds; and the choice to print invoices, superbills and progress reports without the "Powered by SideClick" line. Priced per clinician Seat: the first clinician Seat is included and every further owner, associate or assistant is an additional clinician Seat; front desk and bookkeeper Seats cost nothing, one for each clinician Seat.
