The practice at a glance
The practice overview shows the shape of the week: sessions delivered, gaps in the diary, invoices outstanding, caseload distribution across clinicians. The day sheet turns the same data into a working view of today, on the desktop and in the mobile app.
For multi-clinician practices, the overview answers the operational questions — who is fully booked, which afternoons are dying, where the receivables sit — without anyone building a spreadsheet on Sunday night.
Local math, deliberately
Every chart is computed from your own database on your own hardware. Practice data is not shipped to an analytics service, a data warehouse or a telemetry pipeline to draw you a graph — and that includes us: SideClick receives no copy of your numbers, aggregate or otherwise. This is unusual enough in practice software to be worth stating plainly, because the industry norm is the opposite: the business intelligence lives where the business lives, and nowhere else.
How it works in practice
Open the overview on a Monday and the week is legible in one screen: bookings against capacity, unsigned notes, unpaid invoices past their date. Clinical trends live one level down — outcome charts per episode show whether care plans are moving, and the opt-in no-show flag marks fragile bookings before they cost the hour.
What the analytics deliberately don't do
Two boundaries keep the reporting on the practice's side. There are no clinician league tables — the overview shows the practice's shape, not a per-practitioner scoreboard designed for performance management. And there is no patient-level profiling: analytics aggregate the operational picture rather than mining individual charts for patterns. A small practice's numbers should inform its owner, not surveil its people.

Does SideClick send usage or practice data anywhere for analytics?
No. Reports are computed locally from your own database. There is no analytics service, warehouse or telemetry pipeline receiving practice data to make the charts work.
What does the practice overview actually show?
Sessions delivered and booked, diary gaps, unsigned notes, invoice states and caseload distribution — the operational picture of the week, drawn from the same records the clinical side uses.
Can I export the numbers?
