Schedule

Schedule shows a day or a week of appointments. Move with Previous, Next and Today, and filter by practitioner where there is more than one.

Publish availability creates the slots a patient can be booked into: a practitioner, a location and room, the first day and how many days to fill, the hours and the slot length. Slots that would overlap availability already published are skipped and the result says how many. Locations, appointment types and the waitlist each have their own screen, reached from the top of the diary.

To book, choose a slot and then the patient and the appointment type. A type can require an intake form before the first session. A video link turns the appointment into a video appointment, with Join video on the day. Block keeps a slot for yourself. A repeating appointment books the same day and time every week or every two weeks; dates already taken are listed and you can book the free ones.

On the day, open an appointment to Check in, Complete or Cancel it, and to see its reminders. Cancelling an appointment with someone on the waitlist holds the slot for them until they confirm; the Waitlist screen confirms or releases the hold. In a repeating series you can cancel this appointment and every later one.

Bookings sync to your other devices like every other entry, under the file's identity key.
