Practice management for exercise physiologists

Progress is the product
Exercise physiology justifies itself with change over time, so the record's job is to make change visible. Baseline measures at intake, scores each block, and the episode trend tells the story at review — to the client who needs motivation, and to the referrer or funder who needs evidence.
The opt-in assistant summarises what moved across a plan when review time comes; the numbers stay entirely yours, captured in seconds per session.
A week with SideClick
Floor sessions run off the mobile day sheet — chart one tap away, quick note after each client, offline in the concrete-walled gym and synced by the time you're back at the desk. Program updates go out through the portal in plain language as clients progress. The month's funded-program reporting drafts from outcome data the sessions already produced, and invoices raise from the same record the session was booked on.
What matters most for EPs
The features an EP caseload leans on hardest:
- Outcome trends that turn adherence into visible payoff
- Mobile-first sessions on the gym floor, offline included
- Portal program delivery with questions landing on the chart
- Chart-side billing for sessions and blocks
Clinical data in fitness-industry spaces
EPs work where clinical and commercial fitness overlap — gyms, workplace programs, shared facilities — and the surrounding industry treats health data as a marketing asset. Your records are different in kind: they are clinical documents about referred patients, and SideClick keeps them structurally separate from that ecosystem. Nothing syncs to a fitness platform, nothing feeds an engagement dashboard, and the facility whose floor you work on never becomes a party to your records.
Questions, answered
Is SideClick suitable for EPs working across gyms and clinics?
Yes. The mobile app carries the day sheet and charts to whichever floor you're on, works offline, and syncs the day back to the practice record end-to-end encrypted.
Can clients see their progress?
You can show the episode trend in session, and on Portal editions clients receive their programs and summaries through the portal — with their questions coming back to the chart.
Does SideClick connect to wearables or gym equipment?
No. Measures are recorded clinically, by you. There are no wearable, equipment or fitness-platform integrations, and no third-party fitness ecosystem touching the record.
How does group or class work fit?
SideClick's scheduling is appointment-based; many EPs book class participants as individual sessions to keep per-client records clean. There is no dedicated class-roster feature — said plainly.
