In SideClick: Audit
The Audit Console is the record of what happened on this computer: every action the app logged, chained so that nothing can be changed without showing. Which tabs you see depends on what your role may read.
System Log lists the most recent entries — time, severity, action, who did it, what it touched and its place in the chain. Filter by severity (all, warning, critical) or by the kind of action, shown as the action's prefix: notes, access, egress or sign-in.
Chain Integrity is where Verify chain walks the whole log and re-computes every link; a rewritten, deleted or reordered entry shows as a broken link, and the verification itself is added to the chain. Export signed PDF saves a recent segment of the log as a PDF through the export gate. The file's hash — and its signature, when the account holds a signing key — is anchored in the chain, and the screen reports how many events it wrote.
Anomalies lists the patterns the app watches for — Rapid repeated record access, Off-hours bulk read, Bulk export attempt and Failed unlock streak — with who, when and whether it is still Open. Acknowledge marks one as reviewed.
Consent Events lists, for every patient, each consent granted, withdrawn, expired or erasure executed, with its purpose and any note. DSAR Requests lists the data subject requests logged on the DSAR screen, with type, status, submission date and deadline. These two tabs show only to a role that may also read patients.
