Caseload insights lists the signals SideClick raises about your caseload: Goal at risk, Progress plateau, Care plan stalled, Outcome measure due and Progress report due. Each row has a severity — critical, warning or info — a one-line description with the numbers behind it, Open patient, and the date it was detected. It is decision support, not a diagnosis: the signals come from fixed rules over dates and scores, with no AI model involved.
The scan runs on its own while you are signed in, and the most serious open signal also shows as a banner across the app. Dismiss takes a signal off the list; Show dismissed brings dismissed ones back, marked dismissed; Pattern narrows the list to one kind of signal.
This week, in a sentence appears at the top when an AI model is installed and active, there are open signals, and the app is in English. Summarise asks the model for one sentence about the open signals. Only the signal names and their numbers go to the model — no patient identifiers — and the sentence is made on this computer. The signals stand alone without it.
The thresholds behind the scan — how many days make a goal at risk, how long before a care plan counts as stalled — are set under AI governance.
