Legal lists the agreements and notices that apply to this software, and keeps your side of them.

Your agreements shows, for the Terms of Service and EULA, the Privacy & Data Protection Notice, the Sync Server Data Processing Agreement and — for each practice you own — the Sync Server Business Associate Agreement, the version in force for you and how it came to apply: accepted at sign-up, accepted by you, or applying since it was posted, since its effective date or since your renewal. The record is kept on your account on the sync server, so every device of yours shows the same. A decision made offline is marked not yet sent and goes at the next connection.

A new version that needs your answer shows with its effective date and Review, which opens what changed and takes your decision. Each decision stays listed: Accepted, Declined, or that you did not agree and chose to stay until your renewal, to leave, or to send a concern. For a while after a required change, I don't agree after all stays open, with the date it closes.

Documents opens each document of the legal pack in full — the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, the End User Licence Agreement, Plans and features and the rest. They ship inside the app, so no connection is needed to read them.
