Note version history

Every version of a note, the original and each amendment, with its signature checked.

In SideClick: Notes → a note → Version history

History, from a note, lists every version of it, newest first: when each was started, when it was signed, and whether it is an amendment. Each version carries its status: Draft, Review, Signed, Amended or Imported.

A signed version's signature is checked when the list opens. Signed means the content still matches the signature; Tampered means it does not, and that version should not be trusted.

The version you came from is highlighted. View opens any other version as its own note, with its content, attachments and actions.

An amendment never replaces the original: the signed note stays as it was, marked Amended, and the amendment is a new version after it. That is what makes the history a record of what was written and when.
