In SideClick: Admin → Outcomes
Outcomes report charts the scores of outcome questionnaires over a period, so you can see how a patient is moving on each measure, or how every patient is doing on one.
Per patient: choose a patient, and the report draws one chart per questionnaire they completed in the period, each on its own scale, with the computed scores in date order. Per instrument: choose a questionnaire, and the report plots every patient's scores on it across the period; point at a score to see its date and whose it is.
Choose the period with Week, Month or Quarter, or a custom range and Apply. The report opens on the quarter.
Export PDF saves what is shown as an outcomes report — the scores by date, per questionnaire or per patient — and then offers to show you the file.
The scores come from the questionnaires patients complete at the front-desk kiosk, and the report shows them as they were recorded. When nothing was completed in the period, the report says so.
Admin takes you back to the practice's figures.
