In SideClick: Admin
Admin shows the practice's figures for a period, as tiles. Choose Week, Month or Quarter, or a custom range and Apply; the line under the heading names the period shown.
The tiles are in four sections. Clinical: Sessions, with the number per week; Note completion; Avg session duration; Active care plans. Financial: Invoiced, with the amount collected; Outstanding; Collection rate. Outcomes: PROM responses; Avg PROM score change; Goal achievement. Practice: Appointment fill rate; Practitioner utilisation; Waitlist depth.
Every tile says exactly what it counts: hover over it, or move to it with the keyboard, and the sentence appears. That is where you learn, for instance, that cancelled sessions are left out, that a signed note later amended still counts as completed, and that Active care plans and Waitlist depth are counts as of now and do not change with the period.
Export PDF saves the figures as a practice report for the period and then offers to show you the file.
