My Profile holds your practitioner identity, used when you sign a note, and your own AI preference.
Practitioner details are your given name, family name and professional title, and your professional registration number — in the United States, your NPI, which the screen checks before saving. The title and the number are optional. Save profile keeps them. Your first save creates your practitioner record, and that needs a seat once your trial has ended, as creating any new record does; later saves update the same record.
AI note generation turns the on-device AI on or off for you. The model runs entirely on this computer and nothing is sent to a server. Turning it on downloads the model once, in the background, and the corner indicator shows its progress. The screen names the installed model, or says none is installed yet, and Advanced model setup opens the model-setup screen. A draft is still generated only for a patient whose recorded consent allows AI. The section is absent on a device that has no on-device AI.
Your password and your authenticator app are on Session & Security, and your devices on Your devices.
