A report

A progress or treatment report for a patient: drafted from their data, edited by you, finalised and exported as a PDF.

In SideClick: Patients → a patient → Reports → a report

A report is created from the patient's record, on a computer: choose the report type and the period under Progress & treatment reports, then New report. The report's type and period are shown at the top with its status, Draft or Final.

Generate draft fills the report's sections from the patient's own goals, outcome measures and session history for the period. Where the on-device AI is on, has a model and the patient's consent, the draft is AI-assisted and says so; otherwise a structured draft is assembled from the data, and the message below the buttons says which. Regenerate draft replaces what is in the sections, after asking.

Every section is yours to edit. Save draft keeps your changes. Finalise locks the report after a confirmation: the title and the sections become read-only and nothing can be edited after that.

Export PDF writes the report as a PDF, saving a draft's edits first so the file matches the screen. Include outcome charts draws the period's goal and outcome series into the PDF; it is on unless you untick it. Export stays available after the report is finalised.

The AI-assisted draft is decision support: review and edit every section and confirm its accuracy before you finalise. The clinician owns the report.
