Clinical note quality checker
The rules SideClick runs before a note is signed — a plan that is missing or too thin, a note with no measurable data, a note that is very short, and the framework-specific checks for NDIS and GIRP — over a note you paste in. Rules only, no model, nothing stored.

What the rules look for
The plan must be more than a few words — a note with no next step is the one reviewers and insurers come back to. The note must contain at least one number somewhere: a count, a percentage, a score, a duration. And the whole note must not be so short that it could not describe a session. NDIS notes are also checked for the link to the participant's goal or funded support and for a stated outcome; GIRP notes for substance in both the intervention and the response.
These are the same checks the desktop app runs when you press sign, as soft suggestions the clinician decides on. On this page they are exactly that — a second pair of eyes, not a verdict.
Pasting a whole note
Paste the note as it is and the page splits it into sections by the headings it finds — a label such as Subjective or a letter such as S, followed by a colon or on its own line. Text before the first heading lands in the first section. Or type straight into the sections.
What this is not
A rule can only see shape: words, numbers, sections. It cannot tell a good assessment from a poor one, and it does not try. Inside SideClick the optional on-device critique adds that reading, on your machine, never a cloud model.
Questions, answered
Why does it say no measurable data when I wrote the percentages in words?
The rule looks for digits. Writing 80% as "eighty percent" passes a reader but not the rule — and digits are what the next clinician scans for.
Is the note sent anywhere to be checked?
No. The rules run in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing is kept when you close the page.
