In SideClick: Settings → Practice
Practice holds your practice's business identity: the legal name, the address and the phone printed on invoices, superbills and progress reports. It is stored on this practice's own devices. When your region, set under Security & Region, is the United States, the EIN and the organisation NPI are here too, for superbills and claims. Only an administrator can change it; everyone else sees it read-only.
Logo puts your practice's logo at the top of your invoices, superbills and progress reports, beside the name and address. Choose a logo takes a PNG, JPEG or WebP; a large image is scaled down to fit. Replace logo and Remove logo change it later.
A small "Powered by SideClick" line sits at the foot of every page of those documents. On SideClick Practice an administrator may untick Show "Powered by SideClick" on invoices and reports to remove it; on SideClick Solo the line stays, and the screen says which edition removes it.
Front-desk kiosk lets a patient fill in forms on this computer at reception, which is useful when a device is set aside for that. If your patients complete their forms before they arrive, untick Show the front-desk kiosk in the menu to take it out of the menu. The change is saved the moment you make it.
The practice's name and number as the sync server knows them, its members and its invitations are on Practice and people, not here.
