Practice and people shows your practice, the people in it and who may see what. In no practice yet, Set up your practice asks for a name and practice number; invitations waiting for you appear at the top.
Each practice says what you are there — a practice owner, an associate, an assistant, on the front desk, a bookkeeper, or the clinic owner — and People lists the members with their role. A practice owner can change the name and number, see each member's History, Remove them, and set Member until: on that date the membership ends by itself, exactly as a removal. Members keep their own copy decides whether a clinician who leaves takes a copy of the entries they wrote and the patients they treated. Leave this practice, for everyone but the last owner, first says what is still unsigned or unsent and what copy you keep.
Invite someone takes an email address, a role, a supervising clinician for an assistant, and an optional Member until for a locum. Hand over a seat from your subscription gives the invitation a free seat for a front desk or bookkeeper when one is left, otherwise a clinician seat. Unanswered invitations wait under Waiting for an answer, with Withdraw.
Cover while you're away names a colleague at this practice — a practice owner or an associate of your profession — to see your patients' records from a date until a date. A cover is arranged from a computer; a phone or browser shows the covers, with End.
People who left lists each leaver's patients to assign and bookings ahead to move or cancel. Clinic shows the clinic this practice is in.
