In SideClick: The first screen on a computer
This is the first screen SideClick shows on a computer. What it offers depends on whether the computer is set up yet.
On a computer with no records yet, Create your account asks for your given and family name, how you are joining SideClick — your own practice, with its name, or an invitation sent to you — your email, your password twice, and your agreement to the Terms of Service and the EULA. Create account sets up your records on this computer with that password, creates your account on the sync server with this computer as its first device, and starts your trial. No patient or clinical information is sent.
Your recovery code is then shown once. Type it back and choose I've saved it — continue. It is the only way back in if you forget your password; nobody, including SideClick, can reset the password for you.
On the first opening, the Privacy & Data Protection Notice asks for your acknowledgement, and then the AI opt-in offers the on-device AI with Enable AI features or Not now. You can change that later from My Profile.
Already have an account? Sign in on this computer takes you to the sign-in screen, where this computer joins your devices. Restore from backup… imports a backup archive with its passphrase and sets a new password for this computer.
Once the computer is set up, the screen is Sign in: your email and password, Forgot your password? and Restore from backup…. From then on SideClick locks itself when you step away, and your password opens it again.
