Two editions exist: SideClick Solo and SideClick Practice. Every seat syncs, and the phone app and the browser are devices of your seat, not features of an edition. AI is never limited by edition, and no clinical data is ever behind a seat.
What needs a Practice seat:
- The patient portal: portal access for a patient, portal bookings and invitations, and publishing to it.
- Published calendar feeds.
- Invoices and reports without the Powered by SideClick line (the switch under Settings → Practice).
Where one of these is offered on a screen, a badge says Requires SideClick Practice, and the card says This feature is part of SideClick Practice. The badge marks a locked feature, not one that failed to load.
While your seat is live — its read-only days after it ends included — its edition decides. Once a seat has ended or is suspended, or you hold none, nothing that goes through the sync server is offered, sync included.
Settings → Your seat shows what your seat includes and links to the website, where a seat is bought or changed.
